We collect the following personal data:

• Email address
• Phone number
• Address details (for purchases)

This data is only collected when you provide it to us via our contact form, during a purchase, or when creating an account.

We process your data for the following purposes:

• Handling inquiries and contact requests
• Executing purchase agreements
• Scheduling test rides
• Sending newsletters (only with your consent)
• Improving our website and services

We process your personal data based on the following legal grounds under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), Article 6(1):

We do not retain your data longer than necessary:

• Inquiries and contact requests: 1 year
• Account data: until you delete your account

Leeuwesteyn Automotive uses functional cookies that are needed for the website to work. These are always on. In addition, Leeuwesteyn Automotive places analytics and marketing cookies, but only after you have given consent in the cookie notice.

Google Analytics 4, processor Google Ireland Limited. Purpose: measuring how many visitors the website receives and which pages they view. Cookies: _ga and _gid. The retention period for this data is set to 14 months. Data may be transferred to the United States under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

Meta Pixel, processor Meta Platforms Ireland Limited. Purpose: measuring which ads on Facebook and Instagram lead to an inquiry, and showing ads again to visitors who have been on the website before (retargeting). Cookie: _fbp. Here too, data may be transferred to the United States under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

The legal basis for analytics and marketing cookies is your consent (GDPR, Article 6(1)(a)). You can withdraw that consent at any time via the Cookie preferences link at the bottom of every page. The cookie notice then appears again and you make a new choice. Withdrawal applies from that moment on and does not affect processing that already took place.

If you decline, no analytics or marketing cookies are placed and the Meta Pixel does not start. The website does still send an anonymous, cookieless signal to Google Analytics (Google Consent Mode v2). It contains no identification and no recognition on a later visit. Google uses it only for estimated, aggregated visitor numbers. This is deliberate and it is stated here so you know that it happens.
